We developed a real-time booking system that integrated with retreat organizers' calendars, ensuring that users could view up-to-the-minute availability for each retreat. This system was built using a microservices architecture that handled booking requests, availability updates, and confirmations independently, ensuring a responsive and seamless experience for both users and organizers.

To support BookRetreats' global expansion, we migrated the platform to Amazon Web Services (AWS). By leveraging services such as AWS Lambda for serverless computing and Amazon RDS for database management, we ensured that the platform could scale dynamically based on user demand. This allowed BookRetreats to handle increased traffic and manage different currencies, time zones, and languages effortlessly.
